Returns & Refunds
Lot-controlled research materials cannot be returned, but you are protected against bad lots, damaged parcels, and cold-chain breaches.
Why returns are restricted
Once a lyophilized vial leaves our facility, we cannot guarantee its handling, temperature exposure, or chain of custody. Accepting opened or used returns into inventory would compromise the integrity we promise to every other buyer. For that reason, opened-or-used returns are not accepted.
What we will replace at no cost
- Lots that fail their COA spec. If independent re-assay shows the lot is below its stated purity, we replace it at our cost and you keep the original for documentation.
- Parcels damaged in transit. Photograph the damage on arrival and email hello@purebiopeptides.us within 48 hours.
- Cold-chain breaches. If the temperature-indicator card included in the shipment shows a breach, photograph it within 48 hours and we will replace the affected lot, including expedited shipping.
- Wrong product shipped. If you receive a different compound than ordered, we replace and pay shipping both ways.
How to request a replacement
Email hello@purebiopeptides.us with your order number, a clear photograph of the issue, and a description of what you observed. We aim to respond within one business day and dispatch replacement within two business days of validation.
When we issue refunds
Refunds are issued only when replacement is impractical — for example, if the affected lot is fully depleted from inventory. When we do refund, the funds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval.
Order cancellations
You can cancel an order any time before it dispatches with a full refund. After dispatch, the shipping policy and the conditions above apply.
Restricted-compound shipments
If an order cannot legally ship to your destination, we will not dispatch and will refund in full. This is determined at checkout where possible, but in rare cases is detected at the dispatch step.
The products on this site are intended strictly for in-vitro laboratory research and are not for human or veterinary use. They are not drugs, food, cosmetics, or medical devices, and have not been evaluated by any regulatory authority for therapeutic safety or efficacy. They must not be administered to humans or animals, ingested, or used in any clinical or diagnostic context. By placing an order you confirm you are a qualified researcher, of legal age in your jurisdiction, and you accept full responsibility for the safe handling and lawful use of these materials.
