Research use
Our compounds are supplied exclusively for in-vitro experimentation and laboratory research by qualified personnel. They are not drugs, supplements, or compounded medications. They are not labeled, sold, or intended for use in humans or animals, and they have not been evaluated by the FDA, EMA, or any other regulatory authority for therapeutic safety or efficacy. By purchasing, you confirm you are a qualified researcher of legal age in your jurisdiction.
No. We are a materials supplier. We do not provide clinical guidance, dosing recommendations, or experimental protocols. Method development is the researcher's responsibility.
Certificates of analysis
Every lot has a COA on file with a unique lot identifier and a SHA-256 hash of the raw chromatogram. The COA is included as a download link in your order confirmation, and you can also request it from our customer-chemistry team at hello@purebiopeptides.us.
Each COA carries a QR code and a published hash. Cross-reference the hash against the file we publish for that lot. They must match exactly. If they don't, do not use the product and contact us immediately.
Shipping & cold chain
Lyophilized vials are sealed in amber glass under argon at −20°C until dispatch. Orders ship in vacuum-formed cold packs with phase-change media calibrated to keep the parcel below 8°C for at least 72 hours, with a temperature-indicator card enclosed.
Most orders dispatch within 24 hours of payment confirmation. Cold-chain ground shipments arrive within 2–3 business days; expedited delivery is available at checkout.
We currently ship to United States addresses only. International shipping is not available at this time; we'll announce additional destinations as we expand.
Payments, returns, support
We accept major credit cards, ACH for US accounts on net-30 terms (after approval), and wire transfer for bulk orders. We do not store card details on our servers.
Because these are lot-controlled research materials, we do not accept returns of opened or used items. If a parcel arrives outside its temperature envelope (the indicator card will show), notify us within 48 hours of delivery with a photograph of the indicator and we will replace the affected lot at no cost, including expedited shipping.
